Our Returns Policy
We want you to love your MØØD Collection pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered.
Returns window: 14 days from delivery. Please contact us first at info@mymoodcollection.co.uk before sending anything back.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must not be visibly worn or washed.
- Items must be free from any scent, including perfume, deodorant, or smoke.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mymoodcollection.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will do our best to accommodate you and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please get in touch at info@mymoodcollection.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate you.
