Delivery Times
All MØØD Collection orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order being placed. Once dispatched, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK.
Standard UK Delivery: 3-5 working days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Important Information
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. MØØD Collection cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- During peak periods, such as new launches or sale events, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
